I didn't receive a verification email after signing up.

Check your spam folder. If it's not there, wait a few minutes and request a new email from the login screen.

Push notifications aren't working.

Open Settings on your device, find Vyolet, and confirm Notifications are allowed. Also check that the app has permission in the system settings.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. You can also use the link below.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot password?' and we'll send you a reset link via email.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the three-dot menu on any post, comment, or profile and select 'Report'. We review reports within 24 hours.
