Our Commitment

Vyolet is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content on our platform. Any content, behavior, or activity that exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited.

Policy Against CSAE Content

Users may not create, upload, share, or distribute any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to: imagery, videos, text, links, or any other material that sexualizes minors or promotes harmful behavior toward children. Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

How to Report

If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe involves child exploitation or abuse, please report it immediately:

  • In the app, tap the three-dot menu on any content and select the report option.
  • Email us directly at radovan.nighterra@gmail.com with details of the concern.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.

Moderation & Enforcement

We take the following actions when CSAE content or behavior is identified:

  • Immediate removal of the offending content.
  • Immediate and permanent suspension of the offending account.
  • Preservation of evidence for law enforcement purposes.
  • Reporting to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).

Reporting to Authorities

Vyolet reports all identified instances of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, as well as to applicable regional and national law enforcement authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Prevention Measures

  • Content moderation and review of reported material.
  • Account termination for users who violate child safety policies.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement and child safety organizations.
